Finch Apartments is an 82-unit, affordable apartment community serving Boise, ID.

Roundhouse is building a total of 82 units in West Downtown Boise. Rents will be restricted at various levels to support working families and homeless/at-risk homeless populations in Idaho. Finch will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as a community room, play area, and structured parking. The pedestrian-friendly site will provide easy access to retail and dining in downtown Boise, the Boise River Greenbelt, and surrounding parks. Opening to residents in 2026.
