The Oxbow is a 400-unit Opportunity Zone development in Bozeman, Montana. The first phase (268 units) will include a 2.6-acre public park, and two amenity buildings. The second phase will include another 132 units. Construction of the first phase is planned to finish in 2023. Just 10 minutes from Downtown, the Market at Ferguson Farm, a high-end retail center, was built just across the street from where The Oxbow will be located. The Oxbow will be part of a long-term vision to add more retail and residential housing to the neighborhood.
