Snowfarm is a 252-unit multi-family and townhome development in Missoula, Montana.  The project will feature resort-style amenities and unmatched open space and parkland.  Snowfarm is located less than one mile from the city’s primary retail hub, and is a 10-minute drive from downtown Missoula and the University of Montana.  The first units are expected to deliver at the beginning of 2026.
